Registration + eligibility
Players are responsible for entering the correct division, meeting membership requirements, and keeping their registration information current. Event-specific eligibility rules are published on the tournament page or official registration platform.
Withdrawals + refunds
Refund deadlines and processing terms vary by event. Review the applicable event page before purchasing. Transaction or platform fees may be nonrefundable where stated by the registration provider.
Weather + schedule changes
Outdoor events may be delayed, shortened, reformatted, relocated, or canceled when weather or unsafe conditions require it. Registered players should monitor official event communications.
Conduct
Players, guests, staff, and volunteers are expected to treat one another, the venue, and event officials with respect. Applicable USA Pickleball rules and event-specific conduct requirements may apply.
